Research Fellow

Jennifer Steele joined GHGI in 2011. She is a veterinarian with expertise in infectious diseases, including pathogenesis, epidemiology, and zoonotic disease emergence. She has experience working on One Health capacity building projects in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Laos to expand regional expertise in disease response. After being a faculty member at Tufts University teaching epidemiology, surveillance, research methods, and biostatistics, she is now Infectious Disease Surveillance Subject Matter Expert at the U.S. European Command in Germany.
